Michael’s teams are accountable for Sales and Distribution, Retention and Renewals, Customer Service, Underwriting, and Sales Operations for the CaliforniaChoice multi-carrier, small business health exchange as well as the ChoiceBuilder ancillary benefits exchange.

EXPERIENCE AND CREDENTIALS
Michael joined CHOICE Administrators in 2012 and has worked to shape the infrastructure and strategic direction of the sales division. His passion is developing plans to increase revenue, while enhancing partner and customer relationships.

In his role as Chief Sales Officer, Michael collaborates with the executive team to build immediate and long-term strategies and ensure a healthy culture in which employees can thrive.
