You Control Your Health Care Budget

Through what’s called Defined Contribution, you decide how much you want to contribute to your employees’ benefits. Your contribution amount is then locked in for 12 months. At renewal, you have the flexibility to increase or decrease your contribution.

Your employees have the ability to select an HMO, PPO, EPO, or Health Savings Account-qualified plan from 130+ benefit plan options.
