You're in Control of Your Health Care Budget

Using a tool we call Defined Contribution, we help you define how much you can contribute to your employees’ benefits. That dollar amount is then offered to your employees as a sort of health care voucher. They apply your contribution toward the insurance carrier and plan type they like best, including HMOs, PPOs, and HSA-qualified plans. If the plan they want costs more than your contribution, they simply pay the difference.
